What about your fees and interest?
They are reasonable and straight up. We charge a fair interest rate.

We have completed many developments, houses and units, as well as run successful franchising businesses, manufacturing businesses and now want to pull back from day to day and help others. Hence we understand.

Will your interest be more than the bank
Yes it will, but again, fair based on the deal and security, with fair fees.
