A H & Company Limited (registered financial service provider under registration number FSP1002864) is registered on the FSPR to provide the following financial service – Creditor under a credit contract – non-consumer credit contract. 

 

We only lend for commercial loans to entities that require funding for commercial purposes and does not do consumer finance loans whatsoever to individuals.

 

Any information provided initially will be for assessment and will be confidential and private between KBs Finance and applicant. 

 

We do not guarantee or undertake to give anyone a loan unless our obligations are met with the appropriate security and within the loan agreement it is agreed that it will only be a commercial loan, and not a consumer credit loan as per the FSP rules.
